Delhi University Students Union Polls on 12 September 2018

As per the Delhi University Administration on a Saturday Evening, They Announced Election for the both College and DUSU Elections. Delhi University Students Union Poll is going to be held on 12 September 2018.

But the date for DUSU Elections Counting and Results has not decided yet. Code of Conduct also comes into action after an announcement of the date of elections.

From the University Sources, Last date of Nominations with 500 Demand Draft and Affidavit is 4 September 4, 2018. Temporary List of the Final Candidates will be announced on same Day.

Last Date of withdrawing of Nomination is 05 September 2018 till 12 Noon. Finally, at DUSU Office the Final List of the Candidates will be announced on Same Day.

For Morning Colleges, Elections will be held on 12 September 2018 from 8 am to 1 pm. For Evening Colleges it will be conducted from 3 pm to 7.30pm.

There are more than a 17000 voters who will decide the President of the University. Last year There was a more than a 10 Candidates in the ground. There were a Many Flyers and Posters has been patched on walls of democracy in Delhi.

Supreme Court has issued a notice to Management and Delhi Police to Take strict Action Against who Create Violence and Damage the public properties As Damaging the Public properties if Offense.

Prashant Manchanda a Reputed Lawyer write a petition to Supreme Court and gets passed by the supreme court is against defacement of public property of Delhi, Like University Property, Metro, Campuses, Public Streets and Boundary Walls.

DUSU President Election Issues 2018

There are Many Issues in the University Students are Facing Like High Fees, Non-Building of Hostels. Many Parties are focusing on raising these issues to gather the most votes from the student’s. ABVP Listed that they had helped to build the Hostels in Bharti College.

Kawalpreet Kaur ( AISA DU President) State a new news that we are going to fight DUSU election together with CYSS to swipe out the ABVP-NSUI out of the Campus and will solve the issues of the Students Together.
